Here’s a simple and delicious guide to making chocolate balls — no baking required! 🍫

🥣 Ingredients (Makes ~20 chocolate balls)

  • 2 cups (180 g) crushed biscuits or cookies (digestive, graham, or similar)

  • 1 cup (100 g) desiccated coconut (optional, for texture)

  • ½ cup (120 ml) sweetened condensed milk

  • ¼ cup (25 g) cocoa powder

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Extra desiccated coconut or cocoa powder for rolling

Optional add-ins:

  • Chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, pistachios)

  • Mini chocolate chips

  • A splash of coffee or liqueur for flavor

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Mix Ingredients

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed biscuits, cocoa powder, and coconut.

  2. Stir in condensed milk and vanilla until a sticky dough forms.

  3. Add optional ingredients like nuts or chocolate chips if desired.

2. Shape Balls

  • Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 1 inch / 2.5 cm in diameter).

3. Coat the Balls

  • Roll each ball in desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, or sprinkles for a finishing touch.

4. Chill

  • Place chocolate balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

5. Serve

  • Enjoy cold as a snack, dessert, or party treat!

🌟 Tips

  • For extra richness, melt a little chocolate and drizzle over the balls before chilling.

  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage.

  • These are great for kids and customizable with different coatings.

If you want, I can give a quick 5-minute microwave version of chocolate balls that’s ready almost instantly and super gooey.

Do you want me to do that?
