Ingredients

1. Prepare the batter

In a bowl, combine: flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together: egg, milk, vanilla, and melted butter.

Add wet to dry and stir just until combined.

Fold in diced apples. Batter will be thick — that’s perfect.
2. Fry the bites
