Here’s a classic, moist, and flavorful Carrot Cake recipe with cream cheese frosting:


🧾 Ingredients (9-inch cake or 12 cupcakes)

Cake:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda

1. Prepare the cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
